I was so delighted when I googled Bio-Sphere Cafe and found out that they were Gluten Free. The chef is so helpful when it came to answering my questions about her different products. And to top it off the pastries and macarons were AMAZING! I HIGHLY suggest visiting! I know I will be back the next time I am in Paris. Such a treat to have a gluten free delicious pâtisserie!
RépondreSupprimerPour les "céliaques" (les sans gluten) et pour les autres aussi, un endroit très sympa où les galettes sont extra., la pâtisserie sans gluten aussi. Bravo pour la pâte brisée de la tarte au chocolat, c'est la meilleure que j'ai mangée.
RépondreSupprimerLe thé un délice, le service rapide et très très accueillant et souriant. Bref, tout bien. Une super pause. En plus pour son anniv. on peut commander son gâteau sans gluten. Trop génial!
